How do I know you’ll understand my client’s industry?
I've written for DTC, eCommerce, agencies, etc. for the past 5 years. The first week we work together will help me learn your specific market and customers. By week two, I already sound an internal team.
Can you match our existing brand voice?
Share me your best examples and brand guidelines. I study your existing content before writing anything. Every project will get their own brand voice document we can refine as we go along.
How do you handle confidential information?
I am more than happy to sign all NDAs and will treat every client's info as confidential by default. All work happens in your private workspace that only us can access to.
Will you keep freelancing if we ever hire you?
Short answer: No.
Long answer: When you hire me, I'll entirely focus on my work and tasks within your agency/company. Being fully integrated will allow me to make more impact.
Do you actually increase conversions?
While I never guarantee conversion rates (because a lot of variables contribute to that), I honed-in on clarity and customer research on every copy I’ll made.
